- Upload your file. Finish schedules, materials lists, Revit exports, Excel, or CSV. No template required. The import tool reads the structure your firm already uses.
- AI matches every line. Each entry is matched against 200,000+ products in our catalog. If a product is not in the catalog yet, you can add it manually with your own data or request we add it. Custom products save to your firm library for future projects.
- Confirm and go. Review the matches, accept or adjust, and the project is live in Material Hub.
Once it loads, every line has product cards, certifications, BIM files, and supplier contacts attached. Specs, schedules, and sustainability reporting all update from a single source. Change a product anywhere and every downstream document changes with it.
